Kansas City Golden Gloves Scholarship

Requirements

• Commit myself to my educational studies by receiving a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 (“C” letter grade) or above for each semester I’m a KCGG Scholarship recipient.
  
  
• Remain an active participant in the Greater Kansas City Golden Gloves by competing in two (2) sanctioned USA Boxing events or officiating or volunteering my services to work a minimum of two (2) boxing shows each year that I’m a KCGG Scholarship recipient.
  
  
• Abide by all the Rules and Regulations of the Greater Kansas City Golden Gloves and the Greater Kansas City Golden Gloves Scholarship Program.
  
  
• Immediately contact this Scholarship Committee if I’m unable to fulfill the terms and conditions stated above.  Submit supportive documents when necessary.
  
  
• Submit (and attach) an original copy of your high school transcripts or certificate of GED.  (A student copy is acceptable, have the school place its seal and date on your transcript)
  
  
• Submit (and attach) a copy of your letter of acceptance from your selected Institution.
  
  
• Maintain a full-time (12 credit hours) student status each semester.
  
  
• Submit (and attach) your semester schedule(s) or course program.
  
  
• At the end of the semester, forward an official transcript of your grades, along with a copy of your next semester classes.
